Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours prior to scheduled time. Deposits paid will be refunded if canceled or rescheduled before the 24 hours. If I do not respond right away, don't stress. I will look at the time the cancelation or reschedule request was sent and will honor the refund policy accordingly. Multiple cancelations or multiple rescheduled appointments will void the refund per my discretion. I understand life happens, all I ask for is open communication if you're finding yourself canceling or rescheduling multiple times.
